I needed a safe place to send my mail and packages. Even in a doorman building the packages got delivered to the wrong building or got taken. When I told my coworker about what happened to my packages, she told me her and her friends had been using Citi-Mail for years due to the same situation. It’s been the best decision I’ve made. It’s easy to get to. I get my mail on the way home after taking either the subway or bus home from work. The price is also amazing compared to UPS, USPS, and other mail places.
I have been working in NYC for over 12 years and these guys are one of my best resources. Very reliable mail service. Anything i need Vin has always been helpful to accommodate.
